  Our crew showed up and made quick work unpacking our (2) PackRat pods in only 2 hours! Austin, Tay, Martrez and Cedric did a fantastic job. They checked what rooms boxes were going and handled the furniture with care. Austin was a great leader, always a step ahead directing the crew. They made a big task easier with their teamwork. Highly recommended!

  Everyone in the company is amazing, on time, quick thorough and honest. I’ve hired them 4 times and even used them for my move out the state! They didnt move slow to run the time up, were fast yet very careful with my things. I trust them so much that I had them move my young daughter into her first home. I love them! You wont find anyone that is better priced for the STELLAR SERVICES THEY PROVIDE!

  They made this move the quickest and smoothest one I’ve ever had! Friendly service with great prices and they even helped me hook up my washer and dryer before they left. 10/10 recommend.

  They rushed through the moving process in which they threw an open bottle of oil in a box and had it waste into my stuff as well as stacked my dryer upside down on top of my washer making it difficult to unpack and move into my new home. The screws to my TV mounts were taped to the mount on one of the TVS though the others they just put them in my hand. They left many things in the apartment that could have fit in my moving pods, my TVS were also stuffed into the moving pod as well as an amazon tote which I’ll be testing this week to see if they were damaged. Other than that they were professional and helpful but they definitely were ready to rush through and leave. Edit: Rather than going back and forth with customers on a public forum, use the money to hire PR or customer service to be able to reply appropriately and professionally. On that note, my 65” inch flat screen was pushed against the door of a full Ubox when there was plenty of space in a different one. I also never said it was a kitchen item, it was a bottle of hair oil. To have to point out TVs, lamps, and other unpackable items that are obvious to be moved I’d have rather put it in the Ubox myself so no, no further assistance was needed. Money was never the issue whether the Uboxes or the $290 paid for your 2 hours of services. The correct term is LIBEL as this is a written forum but that doesn’t apply seeing as I didn’t lie and stated my own experience which I added was professional and helpful. I’ll now be backtracking on the professional aspect on the actual company as constructive criticism lead to hurt feelings.
