Our order of sweet potato fries was burned and COLD. must of been sitting around for an hour. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION

When I showed up at the wrong place looking for my food, I called here to let them know I was too damn tired to come back and pick it up. They said "no deal" and then took down my order and said come back whenever it works for you and we will make it right. So a week later, another rough day at the hospital and there's my hot burger ready to go. Thank you guys, made my day so much better!
