- ABAndre BlackSep 26, 20252.0I haven’t been here at Smashburger twice in the last 24 hours on the scale of one to 10 I give their food I give it like eight but going in twice in 24 hours. The service was let’s say less than hospitable, especially today the guy the cashier Tall black guy with a nappy Afro one too friendly. He took my order, but he wasn’t too friendly wasn’t really hospital at all the young lady that was there last night short and style. She was a little bit better but not too much better. She wasn’t too hot either like a say of food OK but I’m not going to five guys if they will vote I’ve been going to swizzle burger before they roll a lot of different options. I’m a black burger kind so the burger was OK and people act like they didn’t want to be at work so because of the service the food like I say not that bad it ain’t the best burger I had to fry really good But the cashier attitude specially that guy today was less than stellar and less than hospitable OK, this is the update as I stand actually in Smashburger looking out the window at Walgreens preparing to go to work probably gonna miss my bus because that’s why the update is Foool to let y’all know that I think the same girl waited on me before and I think I talked about the first review The food not all that great like I said do cause it’s convenient to work and I’m a burglar up, but she’s behind the counter to make a milkshake. It’s just like with no enthusiasm. You know the problem. I understand. The proper thing is to be right with you too if people got customer service if they let the repetitiveness of the job, get them frustrated, but they don’t know how to give good customer service that should’ve just went to five guys around the corner.!!!!
