  I never do reviews on anyone even when I have bad service but I’ve tried to give this place a chance 3 times. The first two times I actually ordered food after the horrible customer service & the food was not worth it as I thought. This last time I didn’t even get a chance to order my food because the young dark skin girl with piercings all over her face at the counter was so obviously annoyed that she had to take orders that I got greeted by a big sigh and her putting her head between her shoulders so I decided to not even bother wasting my money. This place sucks lol

  They were out of black bean burgers, no other veg option. I find it hard to believe they were out of the most uncommonly ordered burger option, seemed like they just didn’t want to deal with it

  We chose to dine in at smashburger, the cashier was very polite And explained some of the seasonings And differences between smash fries and regular fries, etc. We ordered our food and while waiting we were seated at a table with a partition. I happen to look over and there were two cockroaches on the wall One of the roaches went back up under the partition but the other one was still peeking his head out so I was able to take a picture of it. We went and got the manager and was trying to be discreet about it, but she seemed like she just did not care so my girlfriend walked her over to show her where they were so that they could possibly treat for them or remedy the situation (of course at a later time) and the Cockroach was halfway down the wall fully visible at that point. But again the manager did not seem like she cared in the least. So we changed tables to two open tables in the middle of the room. Received our food which was very good. Ate quickly and then left. I realize that most restaurants do have bugs or roaches, And they could come off of trucks or deliveries etc. But either this restaurant is fully infested and the manager already knows it or she does not care. That was our main concern. They do spread quickly, so we thought this would be something that they would want to know about so they could take care of the situation, but I guess not.

  One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. It took about 10 minutes for my buger to get done. Put that together with the appearance and taste and I'm guessing that it was cooked when I ordered it and it tasted like real meat. The fries were very good as well. It was a little place,but it was new, clean and well maintained. When we walked in the young man at the cash register greeted us and actually looked happy. Short answer...I'm going back and get me another burger!
