Realistically, I don’t like leaving bad reviews—especially since I didn’t even get to eat here. However, there were no posted signs indicating whether the restaurant was open or closed. The door was unlocked, so I walked in hoping to grab some water, but it was dim inside, so I wasn’t sure if they were open.
An employee asked, “What can I help you with?” I replied that I was just hoping to get some water, but before I could finish, I was snapped at with, “Well, can’t you see we’re closed?” He shook his head as I turned to leave.
I completely understand being closed—that’s not the issue. The issue is how customers are spoken to. A simple, polite response like, “Hello sir, unfortunately we’re not open yet, but we’ll be happy to take care of you when we do,” would’ve made all the difference.
Hopefully, management sees this as constructive feedback to improve communication and professionalism.

Burger was hot and fresh made exactly how I ordered it with high quality ingredients. Fries were fresh out of the fryer and service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We never even got to order. My girlfriend and I walked in today, and we were completely ignored. We got side eyed a couple times, but we were never acknowledged. The young girl obviously wanted nothing to do with us, as we were the only ones in line. We even waited patiently, as she looked busy, but, she never even made eye contact. We waited at least a minute, and finally just left. The place was practically empty. As someone in customer service myself, you always at least acknowledge a waiting customer. She was terrible. She knew we were there, she just didn't care.

Manager figured out how to charge me for meat patties only, without attitude.
