  The food was delicious and the employees are so nice! We accidentally ordered regular fries instead of smash fries and they were so kind as to bring our fries back and add the toppings to them without any issues. We will be back!

  This was our first time at SmashBurger and we liked it. The Double Colorado Burger was good and tasted fresh and delicious. The Smash Fries were really yummy: they were with Olive Oil and Rosemary. They have outdoor seating as well which is great. There was also a sign outdoor that said: Kids Eat Free on Wednesdays. I recommend this place.

  Great service and great food made! This was my first visit to a Smashburger and the service was great. This location was short staffed due to several staff callouts. Despite this Alexander and Dionne were doing an AMAZING job in managing all of the orders both dine in and also pickup orders. They were able to get our orders out for a family of five between the two of them faster than I have seen other restaurants get orders out with a staff of 10+.

  I recently visited Smashburger in Schaumburg, Illinois, and overall, it was a really enjoyable experience. We decided to try the Smokin’ Good Burger, along with their specialty fries topped with bacon, and we were not disappointed. The burger was excellent—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The toppings were fresh, balanced, and made every bite delicious. Smashburger really lives up to its name when it comes to the quality of their burgers. The service was also outstanding; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The fries were loaded with flavor thanks to the bacon and toppings, though they were a little colder than we would have liked. Even so, they still tasted good, and we’d definitely order them again. To go with the meal, we tried the Blueberry and Pomodoro Vitamin Water, which was refreshing and a nice surprise—we loved it. Overall, this location did a great job, and we left happy and satisfied. The burger and service really stood out, and while the fries could have been hotter, it didn’t take away from a very positive experience. We’ll definitely be coming back to this Smashburger whenever we’re in Schaumburg!

  ordered online. picked it up. my daughter said the shakes (two) were not there. came back asking for them, clearly saying that I need them right away because I'm picking up another daughter. the other guy said there's nothing on the order and there's no more ice cream. I kinda got ticked a little and told them I ordered them and I should get them. asked for my order/receipt, twice. showed it to them and also showed them it's still on the board. then the first person said someone else took them and it's not 3 but 2 (I clearly said 2). the other guy now 'has ice cream' and started to slowlyyyyyyy prepare tem. told them to take his time and left. I can't let my daughter wait. and it feels like I owe them something after what happened. no sorry, no apologies.
