- EGErica Gemini3 days ago5.0I literally tried smash burger for the first time 3 weeks ago and I have to make it my business to come back once a week. The staff is amazing, very nice and welcoming. Today I tried the Colorado smash and omg.... please trust me on this one and thank me later! It is goooood!!!! So good I forgot to snap pictures.

- JFJosh FarrisOct 7, 20255.0Me and my wife went in and it was great. The service was fast and the food was hot. I have a hotdog and fries and my wife has the burger and fries. The dood came out quickly and the manager Kerrie came to our table and made sure we was doing good. Just as she did last time we was there. She was very nice and welcoming. Then Jenna came to the table later to make sure that the service was good before we left. They really do care about their people and their service there. Thanks to Kerri and Jenna and our server. Sorry but I can't think of her name at the moment but she was great too.

We walked in and she gave us the most disgusting look, so much that we thought they were about to close. So when I walked up to the cashier I asked them if they were about to close and he said no. I also think he might have been the manager (very tall, young Caucasian male). 2. While I was ordering I told him I wanted a milkshake after I ate my food, I said “should I just order it now, or after?” He said “after”. So after I ate my meal which was mediocre at best and not worth $40. I went to order my milkshake and again she just stared at me with disgust. DID NOT say “hi, how may I help you?” Instead continued to stare at me, knowing I needed help and then said “what’s up, what do you need”. I was so shocked that I told her, just go get someone else because I don’t want to work with you. DO NOT EAT HERE! Food is not worth it and terrible customer service!!!!!!
