- KKkb2 days ago1.0Complete joke, i ask for a hamburger and the guy puts cheeseburger, then i clarify theres no cheese he says there isnt and there ends up being a mountain of cheese in the burger. Completely unacceptable especially considering how many people are lactose intolerant. Charging shake shack prices with that service is laughable

- NTNaru TOct 12, 20251.0I don’t know what happened to smashburger. It went from one of my favorite fast food burgers to now it’s below Mcdonald’s quality. Not sure if it was the rebranding or this location in particular, but the burger was so bad. I tried their chicken burger since they no longer offered a turkey burger, and it was barely edible.

Him and his team were able to complete our order with less than 24 hrs notice, and go above and beyond with the service. He even gave us a free side of cookies and coupons for our team.
