Please stay away from this location as far as possible, as the orders take forever with no one knowing what they do and hostess/cashier truly hating her job🥴☝️Looks minimal wage is a bit too much around here!

I called and was on hold for about 2 minutes I patiently waited then the guy took me off of hold and the first thing I told him was. Hello “this is my first time ordering from here” and I wanted to get a hold of how much things costs I only asked him how much 3 things cost and I hear him pretty talking to his colleges in the back saying this guy is asking how much everything costs with an attitude and mind you I only asked him 3 things on that menu because it was my first time ordering. I just hanged up the phone because I don’t want to support people with such poor customer service and rudeness towards their customer. I actually had a friend who has gotten from here before his experience was still similar and the food he said wasn’t even as good as it looked. So I had an overall bad experience trying to order here. I would give a 0 star if I could

Words cannot describe how terrible this restaurant is being run.
Walked in to order one burger and fries, got to the registers (there are 3). A nice worker comes up and tries swiping her card to what I presume is start the register. It doesn’t work. I asked if the other two registers would work she said they were both broken. (That is when I should have walked out) When I tell you this girl swiped that card at least 50 times before asking her manager for help.
Once she turned around and asked the manager for help, she was met with a rude “hold on a minute”. I genuinely couldn’t believe it. Manager proceeded to stand in the back on her phone watching very loud videos that everyone could hear.
Eventually when she came up to help she could also not get the register working. Which leads me to the strangest thing I have ever been told in my life at a restaurant. This manager looked me dead in the eyes and said “it’s not gonna work, can you just go get something else to eat”
I certainly did go next door for a sandwich, but sitting here completely floored by what was the literal worst customer service of my entire life.
Wow… hope Smashburger can turn this one around

This is the worst Smashburger in the entire United States, do not ever go here. I placed my order on their app where it said it would be ready in 9-10 minutes. I went there to pick it up, and waited 52 minutes for 1 double cheeseburger and regular tater tots, simply pathetic. While waiting 52 minutes, I observed and heard the following:
1.) several other customers waiting more than 30 minutes for their food- unacceptable.
2.) people that were getting upset about the long wait times approached the “manager” who replied to one customer “you’re paying $6 for a burger, what do you expect, express service?”- unacceptable.
3.) a college aged girl, maybe 18 or 19 years old that was unable to keep up bagging orders, because she was instructed by the “manager” to leave the food waiting to be bagged and go make milkshakes, while the “manager” stood at the front register playing on their phone & there were no customers in line- unacceptable.
4.) I ordered a Double Cheeseburger with NO MAYONNAISE. When I get home after waiting 52 minutes, I unwrap the burger, and guess what? It not only had MAYONNAISE, but appeared to be extra MAYONNAISE, which I’m allergic to and cannot eat, this “burger” is then thrown straight into the garbage, and I have an order of tater tots for my dinner after going through all this- unacceptable and simply pathetic.
DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS MISMANAGED, UNDERSTAFFED & SINKING SMASHBURGER, SAVE YOURSELF THE GUARANTEED AGGRAVATION THAT WILL AWAIT YOU.
