- NSNick StarkOct 10, 20254.0-Edited- They were professional, fast, and easy to work with. The technician came over and looked at my dishwasher and garbage disposal. He recommended I replace both. While I agreed with his assessment of the dishwasher, I was less sure of the garbage disposal. A friend of mine came over 15 min after the technician left and turned the garbage disposal underneath the sink using an Allen wrench and it worked again. I got a call from their office explaining that 2 of the 3 power coils in the garbage disposal were burned out, so it would still eventually need replacing. I wish the technician would have told me this during the visit, but because of the call and positive experience I had with the follow up, I've adjusted my review.
