    Smart start itself was a hassle to get a hold of throughout the process. Bradley automotive did the install in a timely manner and it seems to be functional, but I had issues with getting the paperwork done correctly. I asked during the initial visit whether there was any additional paperwork that needed to be done with the dmv to notify them, told no. And then when I did some research myself after the fact, found that there is, and Bradley automotive needs to fill it out. Required a return trip. Editing: The service has been absolutely atrocious from smart start. This is not a knock on Bradley automotive, they seem to be holding up their end of the bargain. I’ve been having issues with rolling tests since the minute I had the device installed, one of them putting me into “violation lockout” within 18 hours of installation. I passed a breath test, got the message that said pass, then one that said I would be locked out in 72 hours if I did not have it serviced. Called smart start and they advised I file an incident report. I did. Got it recalibrated, along with a new $75 charge. Just spent 40 minutes on hold with smart start trying to get an answer out of them as to why I’m being charged for something that doesn’t appear to be working on their end-to no avail. Do not use this company, nothing but issues from minute one.
