Zero stars. I chose this location specifically because of the positive reviews, which brings their authenticity into question. Jessica is the rudest individual I’ve encountered in quite some time; I genuinely don’t understand how such an unnecessarily-abrasive person works in a customer-facing role. I strongly suggest visiting a different location to avoid wasting time and energy being berated for someone’s own incompetence. I don’t trust this staff with my personal information, let alone my vehicle.

Jessica is great and will help you threw the process of this and answer questions. She was great. Been to a few different locations and they are not very helpful or friendly as edgewater. Go see Jessica if you need a machine. She'll even answer on the weekend.

Using a Smart Start Ignition Interlock is easy! When prompted, blow into the device for a few seconds until you hear a click that signals the test is complete.
How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.

Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
