- AHAdam HolmesJun 8, 20231.0Do not go here for Smart Start. Update response: arrived here in May of 2023 and was told that nobody was available to service Smart Start. After that made several calls the following months to attempt to service and nobody answered the phone. Attempted to call the 800 number below and was met with 75 to 120 minute wait. Update 8/23/30 We no longer service or take appointments for Smart Start. According to the lady who answered the phone at this location she had surgery and was unable to conduct the paperwork for the services that her husband provided.
