My interlock had been in lockout for a week, and I’ve attempted to reach out to support over 10+ times and have no luck getting someone on the phone that can help. On top of that, they are wanting to charge 75 dollars for a “lockout” fee after not being able to explain what happened. All bills are up to date, and they have no reason to have me be locked out. My child even had a doctors appoint and when I called to get my car fixed I was on hold for 45+ minutes when the line just disconnected. Go anywhere else but here. One step above a scam.

What do I need to bring to my installation?
Bring a photo ID and proof of residence in the form of a document verifying your address. How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
Can I unplug my Ignition Interlock?

Can someone else drive my car?
Yes, but whoever is driving the vehicle MUST take a breath test and pass before driving. Any failed test will still be your responsibility.
