    I had a great experience with the staff at this location for an instal and follow up recalibration. Xavier , Gilbert, & John all were extremely informative and helpful throughout the process. Initially I wasn’t suppose to be at this location but I am appreciative that I wound up there.

    Technicians are 5 star +. Customer service and claims resolution team failed me. Paid and never received a court ordered handheld, took over a month to get reimbursed. Then I go to get my car calibration and they wanted me to pay $162.36 for the device I never received and told me they would calibrate my vehicle if I didn’t. This went on for two months of the threat of not calibrating my breathalyzer if I would not pay for a product NEVER received, even though I was reimbursed and the still wanted me to pay. The technician helped me resolve the issue and it was due to Smart Start poor communication in the notes . Absolutely shame on you! Complaint: Lack of communication Poor customer service Lack of professionalism and loyalty
