    Recently ,I had the inter lock smart start installed in my vehicle. My experience was fantastic from the beginning of the process when I called the smart start office to set up installation. I believe her name was Jacqueline and she was very nice and set me up with same day appointment. Jerry from pleasant st auto in Norwood was awesome. He installed the device and showed me how to use it within 3 hours. I have been back so far once for monthly calibration and Jerry again had me in and out within 15 minutes.
