    This place is absolutely horrible. I went in after work today at 5:50pm and the manager turned me away and said they are not doing service now b/c he has to do his books and they stop everyday at 5:40pm even though they close at 6pm. He said they always stop working at 5:40pm everyday. I told him that’s not true b/c I have been here at this same time and they have done the service appt. He said it couldn’t have been here. I tried to go to the store on powers but powers road had an accident and you couldn’t get there. So I ended up at this store. I had to leave work early as my business that I own closes at 6pm. At least when my business says we close at 6pm we stay true to our word and close at that time not 20min before. The manager and the staff next to him couldn’t do the service appt out of pure laziness and not “wanting” to instead of they “couldn’t”. I told him he needs to post a policy that they stop service at 5:40pm. The manager says no he doesn’t need to do that and never needed to. (Again a lazy excuse) I told him I will have to leave my truck and will now need a ride to get to my work in the morning b/c my truck will be locked out. He did not care. I own 3 businesses and my time is very valuable. I now have to spend extra time to get a ride b/c I have to work and then back to smart start and this manager did not care whatsoever about a hard working individual that needs to get to their job. I was able to get a 4 day extension for the lockout after I told customer service what happened. They said they will be reaching out to this store. I also want to mention an incident a few months back where they left my interlock device with wires hanging out until my new truck completely stopped dead in the middle of the road on a busy road on woodmen. They left me in a very unsafe situation and could have caused an accident. I told them about the wires hanging out and they said it was fine. I had to pay for my truck to get towed that night after work and they also did not care even though the whole situation was their fault. They realized they now had to replace the entire cord which they had neglected to do at the service check in appt 2 weeks prior. These people are very lazy! Do not go to this location. They don’t care that you are a hard working individual, treat you like a criminal, and are very disrespectful. Luckily this is my last check in before this dreaded interlock is out of my car. I will not forget the people that made everything harder during this already painstaking and terrible process. These people should not work in this type of business and work somewhere that doesn’t involve people as they have zero customer service skills and lack training. The owner of this location needs to re-train all of the staff on customer service and how to work with the devices and not sending people out with exposed wires. This owner is about one step away from a lawsuit.
