    Customer service was very rude. They charge by the day I called Friday at 3 right when I got off and offered to drive to location to return device but required I made an appointment, but couldn’t make me an appointment until Monday. They charge me for the weekend and then Monday tell me I won’t be able to return it and that I’ll be responsible for paying all the days it’ll take to return mail it because they took the whole week off? Not to mention a 50 dollar late fee on top of everything, very dishonest and untrustworthy people.
