Not only does it look abandoned, but it might as well be too! I had an appointment for 1:30pm and sat there for a half in hour waiting for them to get done with their lunch and to come back to open up shop (I get everyone needs a lunch break) but why schedule someone an appointment during the time when your out for lunch? When he finally gets there I show him my registration to my vehicle and he asked me if he wants me to put it back in my glove box and I told him yes. By the time I get home I realized he never put my registration back! I kept calling the next day all day to pick up my registration and no one was answering so I drove by and they were closed. I said screw it and got a new one. They called 2 days later and said they have my registration and told them I no longer needed it. I was in the waiting room with no AC during a 96 degree day and it was absolutely disgusting in there! The chairs and table were falling apart and haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long. While I was in the waiting room the technician tells me there’s been a fire alert and asked me if he could run home to check on his sister and to turn away any customers that come in. I could go on and on into more detail but long story short I was there for 3 hours just for him to check my battery and couldn’t get an installment done cause it was close to closing time. They clearly do whatever they want and it’s ridiculous.

Are there any fees?

Do you have any programs with financial assistance based on need?

How do I use an Interlock Device?
Using a Smart Start Ignition Interlock is easy! When prompted, blow into the device for a few seconds until you hear a click that signals the test is complete.
How much does an Ignition Interlock Device cost?
Exact IID prices will vary by state, but you can find our current pricing on our Ignition Interlock Cost page on our website. Our expert Program Advisors are also available to provide you a custom quote and schedule your installation today!
How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
Can I unplug my Ignition Interlock?
Check with your state authority to see if you are allowed to unplug your Ignition Interlock before doing so.
Can someone else drive my car?
Yes, but whoever is driving the vehicle MUST take a breath test and pass before driving. Any failed test will still be your responsibility.
