They came out within days, evaluated the situation, offered alternatives and gave a reasonable estimate which they would apply to service. When I decided to go with the service the day after getting the estimate, they came out the next day, set the traps, and one day later, the skunk was caught. Everyone is helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.
