- JBJ BrooksSep 28, 20235.0Had a dead pine tree that we were concerned would fall and block the road in our neighborhood. Called John and he came by and took a look and gave us a very fair quote. Within days it was gone. Things that stood out to me are: he answered the phone (too many companies don’t anymore), he gave a very fair quote, he was not hard to reach by text, he let me know when he was coming and took a picture and let me know when he was done, and lastly he did a great job. Too many times lately when you need something done it’s a struggle and once done you would never use them again. Not with Smarr’s Tree Service, I highly recommend them.

When we finally had our service scheduled.. they never showed up and didn’t even bother to call us and let us know they weren’t coming. Took a day off work for nothing! We ended up calling someone else and got the job done and they showed up when they said they would!
