  I would definitely recommend this firm as a first stop for your next consultation. Roger Whitus, specifically, has represented me on numerous occasions with positive final outcomes for me in the courtroom. Noting his interactions while in the courtroom makes it clear that he has a good working relationship with law enforcement officers, judges, other defense attorneys, and with the prosecutors. Roger has not let me down a single time I've needed to feel confident walking into the courtroom. Court is a stressful situation viewing it from the defense table, however, Roger makes the process as painless as it could possibly be, with his knowledge of the law, and his experience regarding the inner workings and dynamics of the legal system in this area, he is extremely capable of fighting for you to receive the most favorable outcome possible. No need to go anywhere else for your legal defense!

  I cannot fathom how much I recommend Mr Robusto. I had a reckless and he was able to get it dismissed. He tries as much as he can for his clients. Knows the system in and out as he also does judge work. Very knowledgable, professional and friendly. One of the best pricing for the amount of service he provides.

  I made the WRONG choice for sure. I am 41 and never even had a traffic ticket, let alone a criminal charge on my record. My atty did not even know that the prosecutor had subpoenaed a witness who did NOT want to testify against me at all (which would have given police no probable cause to even talk to me on private property). Court was at 11AM, he showed up at 11:05AM. I was not important enough to fight for. Now suffering the consequences of my horrible plea (while 5 months pregnant, and without the ability to ever get my job back), and there is nothing I can do about it, since I apparently only had 10 days to appeal. If you want someone to fight for you, this atty is NOT the one for you.
