  I wish it was possible to give TEN stars to Slater Cosme. Thank you Nicole and Teny for your fantastic assistance. I was referred to Slater Cosme by another estate attorney because the administration of my cousin's trust involved many tricky nuisances that needed a more specialized estate law firm. Two different estate law firms before Slater Cosme....and neither of them wanted to touch my cousin's estate. But Nicole of Slater Cosme made navigating all the nuances of the estate look EASY, even though I KNOW it was not. If you want a PRO... go with Slater Cosme. I learned in this process that not all estate law offices are the same!

  We have worked with Calvin and Teny over the past 10+ year on both an LLC and Trust, and the experience has been very positive throughout. They have provided valuable information, advice, and guidance, often bringing to our attention important matters we might have overlooked—such as various considerations in developing our Trust, an issue with the status of the LLC with the Secretary of State, and questions about the proper setup of a life insurance policy. Calvin and Teny went above and beyond to help us address and resolve issues that arose. We trust them and appreciate their attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly approach.

  I have worked with Slater Cosme over many years for multiple reasons: they are very ethical, extremely detailed, very knowledgeable about trusts, estates and legal entities. They are not however bargain-priced. But in the grand scheme of things I'd rather have excellent advice and service when it comes to trusts and asset protection. They can be a bit slow to turnaround documents because they get overloaded so it sometimes helps to check up on them; however the results are worth the wait. Even with my mild "negatives," they deserve a 5 star rating.
