Slamdot, located in the beautiful Northshore Village in Knoxville, was founded in 2005 to make website design and hosting easy for small business owners to understand and afford. Websites, social media, and blogging are so important to today's business success, yet so many small business owners haven't leveraged the technologies available to them to grow their businesses, simply because they don't understand how they work. We want to help!
The Slamdot Store takes the mystery out of websites and social media. We offer preconfigured website packages with various features and design options that will meet any budget. Our pricing is simple and straightforward, and our response time is unmatched. Most of our websites take less than 30 days to complete.

What I appreciate most is how the new site removes barriers. Instead of forcing survivors to search across multiple websites, everything they need is in one place: direct access to advocates, Orders of Protection information and forms, safety planning, medical and counseling support through River Valley Health, legal resources like VINE and Legal Aid of East Tennessee, and community services via 2-1-1. The page structure is simple, the language is plain, and every button leads to real help—fast. Slamdot didn’t just “refresh” our site; they honored the dignity of survivors by designing for clarity, speed, and informed choice. The result is an accessible, mobile-friendly, and trauma-aware experience that helps people take the next step safely—without having to navigate a maze.
