  Went through the drive through. Looked at the menu online before hand for this location. They didn’t have french fries at all and did not have funnel fries when I went to order those. I asked for no onions on my cheese coneys and there are onions all over them.

  Slow service, took 15minutes after sitting down for a server to take our order. Ordered cheese fries and ended up with lettuce/tomato/onions on it too, they didn’t bother to remake it just said “pick out that stuff, it will be fine”

  I have known one the girls there for over 10 years and they are amazing. The food the customer service. One of the only fast food places that had never ever messed up an order.. A+++

  Went on a bobble head day. Waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru (half of my break not accounting for the drive to and from work) and forgot half of my order and the hot sauce

  My parents and I came in to get dinner. We decided to sit at the counter because it was just the 3 of us. We sat there for at least 10 minutes, making eye contact with every single worker behind the counter and not one of them asked if we needed to be or had been helped yet. Yes, they were busy, but don’t look at a hungry customer and sit back on your phone while you take a drink. Negative star customer service from this restaurant tonight.
