  Has become very unwelcoming, staff is very stingy with portions. Last 3 times I have eaten there I have became violently ill. Strang that it is only this location I get sick at. Last time I did a doordash order for conies to find no cheese on the connies. Meal was refunded on DD as they didnt want to fix the issue.

  Purchased 3 coneys. Observed the guy making it hardly put any chilli on it so I asked for more. Jeff yells out that costs you more. I asked why he states cause every coney gets two ounces. The spoon that he uses is not 6 ounces which one scoop not even full for 3 coneys. Asked for a refund instead and then try to tell me I can't get a reciept so I can call corporate. States I dont give out free food.

  Always very good food and service. Convenient location at the corner of Route 4 and Mack Rd.

  The food was so good! Service was decent, but since we were the only ones there, we were surprised that it took as long as it did to get food. Worth it, though!

  Terrible experience. Chilli watery, was charged for the cheese that came with it when I told the kid this was wrong but he insisted on me paying it. How much was the chilli? 31.00!! I went to one on Winton road, and it was far superior and way cheaper than this one!! Never again will I go to the Fairfield Ohio one!!
