  I went through the drive thru at the Olentangy River Road location in Columbus, Ohio while in the area. After I got home (almost 2 hours later) and looked in the bag, I realized that there was an issue with my order. I called the restaurant and the manager and staff were both very friendly, apologetic and IMMEDIATELY corrected my problem. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE that you don't find often these days!

  The Group behind the counter were laughing and talking loudly which was disturbing our meal. Meanwhile our waitress, Maklyla, was working hard taking care of all the seated guests. Mr. Redwine - Maklyla deserves a raise and a promotion.
