  I had the most pleasant experience at these apartments! The community manager and the maintenance were kind human beings and very kind to communicate with. I just only wish the cost of rent didn't increased as much as it did because I would of loved to stay in the unit. It is modern and in a clean condition. I spent almost 5 years there and was able to graduate university while living there and the apt provided me a safe n sound place to live. Thank you!

  We are renting one of new suites. Comfortable place, very well maintained, very quiet. And the maintenance ,Henry is very accommodating to fix/replace any building problem right away. We are happy staying here.

  I lived here for a few years and have nothing but great things to say about it. Very nice building and units, outstanding and friendly staff that manage and maintain the place, and generally great experiences all around. It was a pleasure to call this place home.

  During my 2-year stay at Sky Point Estates, I was exceptionally satisfied with the overall experience. Kaycee and Henry played pivotal roles in making my time there enjoyable and hassle-free. Kaycee stood out for her reliability and promptness in addressing any requests or concerns I had. Kaycee always responded swiftly and efficiently. Her accommodating nature made me feel valued as a tenant, and I appreciated her dedication to ensuring resident satisfaction. Henry’s commitment to cleanliness greatly contributed to the positive atmosphere of the apartment complex. The hallways were consistently kept clean and spotless under his diligent care, creating a welcoming environment for all residents. Beyond the management team, the neighborhood itself was quiet and friendly, providing a peaceful environment for all residents. The sense of community among residents added to the overall appeal of the area, making it feel like a true home. The apartment was also nicely situated, offering stunning views that allowed me to witness the northern lights for the first time ever. This added an extra touch of magic to my living experience. My experience at Sky Point Estates was marked by exceptional service from Kaycee and Henry, along with the pleasant atmosphere of the neighborhood and the memorable opportunity to see the northern lights. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-managed living space.
