From diagnosis to project completion, David M. had a focus on the needs of urgency in the moment. He (& team) quickly extracted and replaced a large water heater system with the ease of a racecar pit crew. These guys are true pros! Even the scheduling team had a touch in taking care of this project promptly. They were able to respond surprisingly fast.
Mario took the time to review our whole system, toik pictures and video of the various issue items and did a thorough walk thru with us. Our furnace was very old and Mario gave us a great discussion on what was right, and what was wrong with our system. He also did a great job of outlining our options. He never push or prodded us to make a decision, but answered all our questions honestly. Great work, a pleasure doing business. We'll use Sky Heating again in the future.
A few days ago we returned after a long trip to a furnace that would not turn on…. Ok could be a big deal or a not such a big deal. Since Sky installed it 10 years prior we called. They responded quickly arranged to Chris out. He spent several hours going over the system. Not only fixed the problem, took lots of time to explain the issue. Price for fix was less than we had anticipated …What a great, knowledgeable guy!
I have worked with countless contractors for my work and can't even count the times like everyone else that needed to contact repair specialists or contractors to get a job done or something repaired. I was immediately turned off by the disconnect when attempting to speak to someone as it sounded as I was being recorded. I understand that's a thing now but once I did connect with someone it was like I was speaking with an answering service. The person was nice enough and answered my questions fine until they said something in all my experiences calling too many repair people in my life that I never heard. She said we can schedule as long as you are the legal owner of the house. Now I know this sounds preemptive on my side so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and quite possibly this is the way they run their business. I just personally didn't care for it and seriously have never hired and paid a contractor who serviced my paid homes to ask me are you the legal owner? That in my opinion is not a good thing to ask and can be mistaken for something else which I really hope it wasn't. I'm entitled to my opinion and will leave it as that. Use them at your own discretion and if I'm adding to this for informational purposes they do not offer free estimates. You have to pay and then be credited towards the work.

We recently put our house up for sale and, unfortunately, discovered that our furnace had been red-tagged—right in the middle of everything! With time being critical, we were scrambling to find a reliable and qualified HVAC provider. After making several calls and getting multiple bids, we were fortunate to find Ryan at Sky Heating and Cooling.
Ryan gave us a thorough evaluation of our furnace and also inspected and bid out our 15-year-old water heater. He explained everything clearly and provided honest recommendations, which gave us a lot of confidence in moving forward.
The furnace and water heater were installed on different days by different technicians—but one thing was consistent: our experience from start to finish was seamless and easy. Both technicians arrived on time, were professional, wore company uniforms, and arrived in branded company vehicles. They also made sure to clean up after themselves, leaving everything neat and tidy.
To top it all off, Ryan followed up with us personally to ensure the work was completed to our expectations. That level of care and attention really stood out.
Thanks to Ryan and the Sky Heating and Cooling team, we were able to resolve everything quickly and keep our home sale on track. Highly recommended!
