    I will say that the people at the counter were extremely friendly. However, I returned the car full of fuel. I even stopped and washed and vacuumed the vehicle to return it properly. I then get an invoice stating I purchased the return without fuel surcharge. I call the company and they state they have proof that we didn't return it full even when I have the receipt on my hands and ready to provide them with a copy of it. They also state because I returned it without 5.7 gallons in it that if they remove the surcharge that my price would go from $53 to $65 because "they had to go fill it up.". This is the second time I have used this company but not same location and will NEVER use this company ever again as this is the second time I had an issue with them.

    Dear SIXT Customer Service, I recently received an invoice for $78 from my previous long-term rental. On the due date, I attempted to make payment through the link provided in the email, but the link had already expired. I then called your customer service line three separate times, each resulting in over 20 minutes on hold, but unfortunately, no one was able to assist me. As of now, my invoice remains unpaid, and the entire process has been extremely frustrating. I kindly request an updated payment link or alternative instructions so I can resolve this balance promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    The worst car rental experience. No correct communication and so many employees while they are busy but only 3 people actually taking care of customers....most were just standing around. Will never rent from here again

    Under my secondary Gmail account, I am composing another review expressing my dissatisfaction with the company’s services. Despite having rented a vehicle for two months, the company continues to engage in disputes, including damage to the provided vehicle. During a visit to my parents in Florida, I requested a compact-sized SUV. However, the rental company opted to provide a Volkswagen SUV. Upon inspection, I discovered numerous scratches on the vehicle, which I documented with photographs and evidence. Over the past two months, I have been actively involved in communication with the company regarding the issue. Despite my efforts, I have not received any response from management. The company’s lack of prompt attention and inadequate handling of the situation is concerning. I have tried contacting the Claims Department, Customer Service, and the location for assistance; no one has yet to respond or reach back out. I strongly advise against renting from this company, as they appear to be engaging in fraudulent practices. Customers who do not purchase insurance for their rentals are at risk of financial losses. I have attempted to contact the claims department, but there is no one available to assist me. Similarly, calling the Palm Beach location has resulted in no response. The level of customer service I have received from this company is exceptionally poor. If my claim remains unresolved despite my efforts, I will be compelled to pursue legal action. Numerous reviews under this location have revealed instances of customers being scammed during the rental process. If this is how they intend to continue operating, their longevity is uncertain. It is deeply concerning to read the consistent and similar negative comments from various customers. It is disheartening that after years of renting with them, this is the experience I received. While I understand the desire to impact people’s financial situations and hold individuals accountable for their actions, it is important to recognize that my own actions are not the source of these issues. I know, attach a second set of photos with myself, highlighting all the scratches and damages that was received on my end with driving the car. I have the exact timestamp of when we received a car and there’s no way that they cannot tell me that we were the ones that damaged it. I request that a higher authority contact me, as this situation has escalated beyond its appropriate level.

    Scamming people. We rented a vehicle pick up at FLL and I paid attention right away there was a damage (visible). I told the rental about it and they said it's documented. We dropped the car at PBI. Fee months later Im receiving email that there is a collection on our name. Apparently these people put that damage on us and it was never documented. I did not receive any mail or calls, they only sent emails that I didn't see. And now we are dealing with collection and these people and it's a lot of stress. I remember very well there was a damage but didn't take photo because we were never scammed like this and we rent cars pretty often. This was the first time we rented from this specific place. After that we had one more incident with the same company, we rented a car without knowing what's the rental company is, a "secret deal". I was very upset that it was them again. Our flight was severely delayed we arrived at PBI at 1 am. Other car rental companies still had their shuttles, because everyone knew the flights being delayed. Sixt wasnt there and there was no one picking up the phone. At 2 am we gave up trying to get to anyone and had to take Lyft and paid $120 to get to our location. If there were 0 starts Id leave 0 stars to this company.
