- WBWarda BouzidiAug 20, 20251.0Today Wednesday 20 August, Very bad experience. I booked a car for 2 days from Dubai. The pick up was supposed to be at 4:30. I called 3 TIMES to warn them that I will be late no one pick up the phone call. I landed late and I arrived in sixt at 17:02 outside. The guy who was there picking up the panels told me we closed the system. Come back tomorrow and ask a refund for today. I told him that I already paid online it would be quick I needed to pick up the car. And come one ITS 5:02 PM . but 0 empathy this lazy guy. of course I would never never recommend sixt and I hope the management will take proper decision concerning this, because you’re just loosing money and attentions instead of earning it
- JSJon SaoAug 18, 20254.0It’s a scam. The guy there, Omar, gave us the car at 6/8 fuel and the agreement says it was 8/8, so now they charged me extra $30 for fueling. In the photos can be seen the mileage and the fuel when took, that did not match. I retuned it with 7/8, so that’s MORE fuel than when I was given the car. EDIT: Changed the rating from one star to four because I got a reinbursement. I don't give the five stars because it shouldn't happened, but at least the manager claimed and got my money back. So thank you!!!!
