I’ve been getting landscape construction materials, stone, and other supplies from SiteOne for years for my clients’ projects. Shawn, the manager, has been amazing to deal with — always helpful and professional. From lighting and wall stone to base aggregates and soils, they always have a great selection. Shawn has gone above and beyond for me multiple times — even having wheelbarrows built and ready for pickup when I was in a pinch. Always a great experience at SiteOne.

Stay away! Horrible customer service!!👎👎👎 my lawn is ruined because of them!!!!!
I told them that I need screened top soil to over-seed and level my lawn. They recommended their regular soil for that and sent me a sandy loam with lots of gravel in it!!! Even couple of metal hook in it which hurt my contractor! I have attached videos and pictures. The guy behind the phone said that is just roots!! I am pretty sure there are lots of weed in their soil.
When I called and asked for returning the soil they said they recommended the black top soil!! (They lied). The guy behind the phone said he was there when I was recommended the black top soil! I actually got the recommendation by phone! And when I went there to pay, there were only two ladies there!
Horrible, horrible. Stay away.

The best quality products. Very good prices The best customer service. Very helpful staff in yard. Quick in quick out. Suggested every one try this store Hyde park location. I will definitely go there again for any yard or landscape project

I was there, few days ago ..I needed help selecting stones, there were 4 workers taking to there self's. They were seating and doing nothing. none of them came over, so I called the office and see if I get help.. the office person called one of the 4 man. waited 20 mins ... looks like they don't need my business.. I would avoid going to this place....

How do I create an online account?

Are all of your products available online?
Yes, the majority of our products are online. If you are looking for an item and cannot find it, you can add a note on your order when you check out or contact us.
What do I do if I cannot find what I'm looking for?
Please contact your local branch. If you are placing an order with other items, you can include a message to the branch with your order.
How do I place an order?
To place an order online, log-in, confirm your selected branch, and then add products to your cart. Once you have added items to your cart, then move to checkout. You may place an order for pickup or delivery.
I placed an order and would like to know the status.
You can see order status on the Open Orders and the Order History pages in the Account Dashboard. This will include all orders, not just those placed online. For more details on a pending order, please contact your selected branch.
How does the Buy Online, Pick Up in Branch process work?
When ordering online, select a SiteOne branch location for Pick Up. You’ll get an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, and an Order Ready notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Is local delivery available when I buy online?
SiteOne offers local delivery on most orders within 60 miles of the branch. A delivery charge may apply
What if I need to return an item that I ordered?
To return any items, bring your order receipt with you to the SiteOne branch location where you picked up your order. Please refer to SiteOne’s current https://www.siteone.com/returns for details.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?
For pick up, please bring a government-issued photo ID and your order number or the Order Ready notification email.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pick up?
Your order will remain available for a maximum of seven days from the first time you receive an Order Ready notification email. Orders not claimed after seven days may be subject to cancellation.
How will I know my order is ready for pick up?
When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an Order Ready notification email, which will include instructions for picking up your order.
