My wife and I love coming to Siteone for all our landscaping needs. We always find what we need. But we have received great help from the staff. Eddie at the Kennesaw location is awesome! He went above and beyond helping me find the right stone for our flower beds.

I have always been pleased with the high quality of materials and great customer service at SiteOne, but today was truly a blessing. Your driver Jose Hernandez was wonderful! He placed our materials exactly where I needed them on our job site, and was very careful and thoughtful about how he moved around the property with the forklift. I am a small, female volunteer working on a major drainage project for my church playground, and Jose literally saved me moving tons of rock with only a wheelbarrow and my leather gloves, by placing the pallets of river rock where I needed them. Please recognize and share Jose's outstanding service as an ambassador for SiteOne!

My first time in the store today. I agree with another reviewer about the office staff. The younger girl I dealt with has a "snippy" attitude and didn't seem to care about my business as a new customer. Talked to me as though I should know everything about their business, pricing, products, etc. It was a pain for her to explain anything. I will take my business & money elsewhere.

How do I create an online account?
To create an online account, complete the Request an Account form in the top right corner of the screen. You'll need your SiteOne customer number. If you are not currently a SiteOne customer and would like to become one, please contact us by calling 1-800-SITEONE (1-800-748-3663).
Are all of your products available online?
Yes, the majority of our products are online. If you are looking for an item and cannot find it, you can add a note on your order when you check out or contact us.
What do I do if I cannot find what I'm looking for?
Please contact your local branch. If you are placing an order with other items, you can include a message to the branch with your order.
How do I place an order?
To place an order online, log-in, confirm your selected branch, and then add products to your cart. Once you have added items to your cart, then move to checkout. You may place an order for pickup or delivery.
I placed an order and would like to know the status.
You can see order status on the Open Orders and the Order History pages in the Account Dashboard. This will include all orders, not just those placed online. For more details on a pending order, please contact your selected branch.
How does the Buy Online, Pick Up in Branch process work?
When ordering online, select a SiteOne branch location for Pick Up. You’ll get an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, and an Order Ready notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Is local delivery available when I buy online?
SiteOne offers local delivery on most orders within 60 miles of the branch. A delivery charge may apply
What if I need to return an item that I ordered?
To return any items, bring your order receipt with you to the SiteOne branch location where you picked up your order. Please refer to SiteOne’s current https://www.siteone.com/returns for details.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?
For pick up, please bring a government-issued photo ID and your order number or the Order Ready notification email.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pick up?
Your order will remain available for a maximum of seven days from the first time you receive an Order Ready notification email. Orders not claimed after seven days may be subject to cancellation.
How will I know my order is ready for pick up?
When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an Order Ready notification email, which will include instructions for picking up your order.
