Save your time and money and go to Stovall or Superior.
I’m done with SiteOne. The yard guys are fine, but the management here is a complete disaster—especially Tyler K. I called him to confirm what I needed and the price. He told me one thing, and when I showed up the next morning ready to buy, suddenly the story changed. They tried to push an extra 700 lbs of rock on me that I never asked for. Sounds like bait-and-switch. More than likely he just didnt care.
And this isn’t even the first time. A couple months ago I ordered pavers and was told they’d be ready on a certain date. I scheduled my crew and job around that. Come time to start the project—no pavers, no order, nothing. They left me hanging, wasting my time and money, and making me look bad to my customer.
Running a small business, I can’t afford this nonsense. Every screw-up from SiteOne costs me real dollars and lost trust. Alliance was dependable for years, but since SiteOne took over it’s been nothing but broken promises, sloppy management, and aggravation. Tyler K. and the managers here are the face of the problem. SiteOne has turned a solid supplier into a joke.

Horrible place to deliver to. I know the customers come first but I've only got so many hours a day I'm allowed to work. This place has to be the worst Site One to deliver to.

How do I create an online account?
To create an online account, complete the Request an Account form in the top right corner of the screen. You'll need your SiteOne customer number. If you are not currently a SiteOne customer and would like to become one, please contact us by calling 1-800-SITEONE (1-800-748-3663).
Are all of your products available online?
Yes, the majority of our products are online. If you are looking for an item and cannot find it, you can add a note on your order when you check out or contact us.
What do I do if I cannot find what I'm looking for?
Please contact your local branch. If you are placing an order with other items, you can include a message to the branch with your order.
How do I place an order?
To place an order online, log-in, confirm your selected branch, and then add products to your cart. Once you have added items to your cart, then move to checkout. You may place an order for pickup or delivery.
I placed an order and would like to know the status.
You can see order status on the Open Orders and the Order History pages in the Account Dashboard. This will include all orders, not just those placed online. For more details on a pending order, please contact your selected branch.
How does the Buy Online, Pick Up in Branch process work?
When ordering online, select a SiteOne branch location for Pick Up. You’ll get an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, and an Order Ready notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Is local delivery available when I buy online?
SiteOne offers local delivery on most orders within 60 miles of the branch. A delivery charge may apply
What if I need to return an item that I ordered?
To return any items, bring your order receipt with you to the SiteOne branch location where you picked up your order. Please refer to SiteOne’s current https://www.siteone.com/returns for details.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?
For pick up, please bring a government-issued photo ID and your order number or the Order Ready notification email.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pick up?
Your order will remain available for a maximum of seven days from the first time you receive an Order Ready notification email. Orders not claimed after seven days may be subject to cancellation.
How will I know my order is ready for pick up?
When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an Order Ready notification email, which will include instructions for picking up your order.
