- AGAna gomezOct 21, 20251.0Where can I start very bad customer service Front desk people are very rude try buying black gravel from them they dint offer anything I ask if they sale the bad they dint even acknowledge me treated me and my husband if we were asking for the gravel for free don't recconected going to that store Site one stone should try to hire more friendly workers that actually help out and try to offer good customers service Went to legacy in 290 they offer me a bag and loaded my truck with no problem

We have been using it over the years for landscaping projects supplies ( rocks and decomposed granite ) and were very happy with selection and service. But just recently, they delivered 13 cubic yards of what they call 1/4"minus decomposed granite that is really 1/2"minus in size, and refused to do anything about it. In the pictures, you can see the difference from 1/4minus DG we got from them a couple years ago and what they delivered this week. If you are getting anything from this place, don't rely on previous experience or anyone's word or the sample sections in front of the office, go back to the yard and make sure to inspect what they'll be delivering. Don't expect them to correct mistakes or misrepresentations.

They did offer us delivery, but since we had our own trucks from Dumpster Dogs dumpster rental in Austin, we do not need to use that service, but we will continue going back to them if we need any additional material deliveries in Austin.
