Went to Site One to get pavers, rock, and sand for a small patio project. Supposed to be open to the public but there wasn’t anyone with which to speak. Walked around aimlessly for about 5 minutes trying to avoid trucks and loaders and couldn’t find anyone to help me. No prices on anything. Hoping the next place gives the customers better direction on how to make a purchase.

Recently my wife and I decided to install a small area of artificial turf in our backyard. After doing our due diligence and determining that we would need to lay down and compact a base of "chat" in preparation for laying down our turf, we then searched local landscape companies to find out what type would work best for us. I was also able to ask landscapers that frequented the big box home improvement store where I worked. The consensus was, the place to get the best chat was at SiteOne, they had the best quality chat for the best price, which turned out to be "white chat". I called and spoke to Armando, who provided the needed information as to cost and delivery fees. Armando was very helpful and knowledgeable about our needs, offering some very helpful advice, and referrals to local landscapers should we decide to have the job done professionally. Overall a very positive experience, I would highly recommend SiteOne for all your landscaping needs

How do I create an online account?
To create an online account, complete the Request an Account form in the top right corner of the screen. You'll need your SiteOne customer number. If you are not currently a SiteOne customer and would like to become one, please contact us by calling 1-800-SITEONE (1-800-748-3663).
Are all of your products available online?
Yes, the majority of our products are online. If you are looking for an item and cannot find it, you can add a note on your order when you check out or contact us.
What do I do if I cannot find what I'm looking for?
Please contact your local branch. If you are placing an order with other items, you can include a message to the branch with your order.
How do I place an order?
To place an order online, log-in, confirm your selected branch, and then add products to your cart. Once you have added items to your cart, then move to checkout. You may place an order for pickup or delivery.
I placed an order and would like to know the status.
You can see order status on the Open Orders and the Order History pages in the Account Dashboard. This will include all orders, not just those placed online. For more details on a pending order, please contact your selected branch.
How does the Buy Online, Pick Up in Branch process work?
When ordering online, select a SiteOne branch location for Pick Up. You’ll get an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, and an Order Ready notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Is local delivery available when I buy online?
SiteOne offers local delivery on most orders within 60 miles of the branch. A delivery charge may apply
What if I need to return an item that I ordered?
To return any items, bring your order receipt with you to the SiteOne branch location where you picked up your order. Please refer to SiteOne’s current https://www.siteone.com/returns for details.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?
For pick up, please bring a government-issued photo ID and your order number or the Order Ready notification email.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pick up?
Your order will remain available for a maximum of seven days from the first time you receive an Order Ready notification email. Orders not claimed after seven days may be subject to cancellation.
How will I know my order is ready for pick up?
When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an Order Ready notification email, which will include instructions for picking up your order.
