Lynn, who was working the desk, was very rude and unhelpful to me, although she was very courteous and eager to help the one other person in the store who was a regular, as well as those on the phone. It felt like I was that one bastard child at a family reunion whom she was obligated to interact with but would much rather not exist. She was more than willing to explain to me how SiteOne, though indeed open to the public, is meant for contractors and businesses, and little else, even rolling her eyes when I asked the availability of their other products. Still, I was able to find what I came in for, which beats having to wait a month if bought online. Just be warned: make sure you know exactly what you want because your not going to get any help from these guys, unless you already have a working relationship with them.
