EDIT: In response to canned response from "owner". We tried and we spoke to our salesperson and they told us no guarantee on products and that they were happy to sell us replacements.
Basically the Home Depot of wholesalers at this point. Quality of livestock is complete trash and they don’t care because they’ve got scale. Nothing is guaranteed and they’ll blame everyone including nature as long as they don’t lose a buck. Of the 50+ trees that were bought this season over half died. When we called repeatedly they claimed it’s somehow our fault and tried to sell us more replacement trees at 10% off retail. Not sure what’s ethical about leaving small landscaping companies holding the bag but I guess that’s their business practice. Support your local nursery and please don’t make my mistake.

Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible and rude customer service. No plant guarantee. They have no reason to provide you with quality plants if they do not offer any sort of replacement option within the 1st year. Take it from me this place may be inexpensive but you are getting the quality/service you pay for... AVOID AVOID AVOID.

as a contractor i look for supply houses that can help me and give me insight, when i called to find out about hay, the person that answered the phone was belligerent and demeaning. So if you need help go somewhere else. GOOD LUCK!
