- MMM MatthewsJul 11, 20251.0Zero customer service, and sky high prices. The only person willing to help spoke Spanish only. Unfortunately, my Spanish is rusty. A roll of pine straw is $16.15. I bought 15 of them and I was expecting a lot more coverage for that price. It was equivalent of other big box stores except it was way more expensive at siteOne. The prices on trees and plants were also way above average. I won't be returning.
- BSBetsy SandersonJun 18, 20251.0We purchased 50+ trees and shrubs for over $8000 from Site One this spring. We noticed that one of our dogwoods had died and tried to contact the sales person. We either called or texted him everyday for a week and he never called us back. We then discovered that a second dogwood and a redbud had died. Plus the other dogwoods we planted have dying branches and I don’t think any of them are going to survive. All of these trees were planted one day after we received them by a professional landscape company and received adequate water. It now appears that they do not guarantee their trees. We would not buy from them again. Do yourself a favor and buy from a vendor who guarantees their trees.

Service: have tried for several weeks to reach a specific person, including leaving messages every day at the office and also voice and text messages on his cell phone. No call back. Products: 4/4 dogwoods and 1/4 redbuds purchased from them (and installed by a professional landscape company) have died after 4 months and they have no warranty, so it seems they are selling poor material. Do not buy from this outfit!!!
