  My wife and I visited the store on Demar Rd., White Plains, MD as I walked in the establishment. There were workers towards the back of the store . No one asked us if they could help us so I stood there for a moment, and then I had to interrupt their conversation that seem to be more important than helping customers.and asked them was there anyone there to help us, he rudely replied with the smug look on his face. Wait just a minute and continue to have this conversation with these other workers. This rule behavior came from the manager, Pablo. THE WORST!!!!!!’

  Siteone Supply is great! They have everything you need, and the staff makes the whole process easy. Pablo really knew his stuff and made the process easy. I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase—definitely recommend!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The SiteOne Landscaping Supplies location in White Plains is one of the best supply stores I’ve ever been to. When I arrived, the store was very busy and there were a lot of people in the store. Even with all that activity, everything was still very organized. The workers handled the high volume with absolute professionalism. They moved quickly, but I never felt rushed, and you could tell they were making sure everyone was taken care of. Pablo in particular went above and beyond. Even though the store was packed, he took his time to help me, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and then even came back later to check if I needed anything else. That kind of care and attention is rare, and it made a huge difference in my experience. The combination of excellent customer service, an organized environment, and workers who genuinely care makes this SiteOne location stand out. I left not only with the supplies I needed, but also with the confidence that I’ll be well taken care of every time I come back. Highly recommend this location — 5 out of 5 all the way!
