  Yams: Great. Fried chicken wings: Great. Greens: Great. Butter beans: Great. Cornbread: Great. Location: Below average but you can get your food to go. Would eat it again and again and again!

  Twice have tried to come here for a pick up order. Food is great, but DO NOT ORDER TO GO! They do not care or have any system in place for having them ready. There was one girl running the line (making the plates, ringing them up) like out the door and doing her best. Which is crazy enough with it being lunch time and y’all taking togos all well, that she apparently is suppose to handle. But only after the line dies (which is doesn’t at lunch, hence the pickup order) is An older man came inside and acted like he was gonna help. Instead of plating the 3 togos. He decided to help her with the line. After running through the line (people who came in way after us pick ups) he asks us and realizes we all togos and then decides to just walk away back out to his car, to take a big order somewhere that wasn’t even ready. The whole point of pick up orders is that you don’t have time to wait in line. It’s frustrating to see a manager/owner with such little regard for others time. To decide the people waiting on line for 5 minutes are more important than the people who wanted your food so badly they had to preplan it around their lunch break? Is insane. Orders should be done in the order they come in. Your servers should not be trained to ignore the tickets printing that took 3 minutes to box. To help someone who just walked in the door. You can tell after this happening twice this is the elder gentleman’s rules. The servers seemed overwhelmed when he didn’t help with togos and helped with the line and he had given her a mean look earlier when she tried to help me (after being there 20 minutes) before the three people left in like who has just walked in. Just don’t take pickup orders. I for sure sadly will not be back, the food is amazing but I will not waste my money on a business who has showed me more than once they have such little regard for other time and planning.

  Our group of 13 ladies ate at Sisters. The soul food was amazing we loved everything. But come with an appetite because the servings are huge. The meats were tender, all dishes were well seasoned and the staff was friendly.

  So 5 minutes ago, my niece requested lunch from this establishment. I waited patiently and placed the order. My total was $8.55. I handed the young lady a $10. She in return gave me a $1. Confused I asked "did you say it was $ 8.55"? She said "yea we don't have change". I then said "you could have told me that when I gave you the money". So I walked out front to get change from my car. I returned inside to give her the 55 cent. She said you can keep it and gave me a dollar. (Mind you during this transaction her demeanor was loaded with attitude, she rolled her eyes, and made a face that I can't describe). So I asked her "why do you have such an attitude"? She said (raising her voice "oh I don't have a attitude, if I did it would be worse than this". I responded "if this is you without an attitude then you should be in the back". I then exited. Needless to say I will not return to this place, I dont care who wants it!

  This is one of my favorite soul food restaurants in this area. I always enjoy their lunch specials. A meat and two sides for a very reasonable price that won't break the bank. I enjoy the fried chicken the most as it's seasoned to perfection. All the sides are so flavorful, you won't go wrong choosing any of them. I love that the staff is friendly. Parking can be a little challenging at times. Just be patient while driving through the lot.
