  *Edit** A rep from Sims Lohman reached out to me and they are coming out next week to look over the issues. She was very nice and seemed to want to help make things right! Much appreciated! We used Sims Lohman homecrest brand cabinets for our new build in our kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Highly disappointed in the installation. The homecrest cabinets are good but the guy who installed them did not do a good job. All of the cabinets doors were uneven and needed adjustments. There were blemishes on so many areas of the cabinets and trim pieces. Hardware was not centered correctly on drawers. I brought all of this to the attention of our builder the day after installation and he assured me someone would come back and take care of all of the issues. No one ever came. We did a walk thru with the builder a couple weeks before we were set to move in and I told our builder again I wanted the cabinet issues fixed. I decided to reach out to the sales rep I worked with on the cabinets after the walk thru and as soon as I started telling our rep Bill about the issues, he got very defensive and wanted to know why no one had reached out before. I explained I told our builder who I assumed was in contact with them about the issues. He then proceeded to blame other contractors for the blemishes. I know for a fact that wasn’t the case because I saw it with my own eyes after/ during installation. I told him this and he said just have your builder call me and hung up. Our builder did call and they sent someone out to make adjustments to the cabinet doors and they were a lot better but they did nothing about the stain on the face of a drawer in the laundry room or any other blemishes. Plus several drawers still have hardware that is not centered. Moral of this story. Think twice before considering using Sims Lohman. Homecrest cabinets are nice but I would go with a another distributor. Pictures attached

  Tried calling three times and left a voicemail to have them call back over a week ago. No response. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
