  We had our quartz counter tops installed a few years ago thru the Lowes installation program. The installation was amazing and we couldn't be happier. BUT!! We have a question about cleaning water spots off the counter tops and have never been able to get ahold of anybody for an answer. I agree with Tommie, does anybody answer the phones?? I still have the water spot question and would like it answered. Again, the product is amazing the installation was flawless but the only reason I'm rating as I did was follow-up contact service.

  Just completed a full remodel. Ordered our cabinets, countertops and sink through Joe at the Dayton office. We received cabinets draws with inserts we didn’t want that were added to the order. Our island cabinets were supposed to accommodate outlets 2 places. Did not get those. Joe did order the replacements but took several weeks to get. Then they didn’t come with new rails so we had to modify them at our costs. Did not get the drawers in cabinets we wanted. They came with no drawers so again the order was not placed correctly. The doors on that cabinet had to be reordered because it did fit the sink specs that were provided. The quartz countertops were purchased and installed by Sims Lohman. Less than 3 months in the grout at the seam crumbled and we had to have it repaired at our costs. Love our new kitchen but the stress, additional time and costs created a lot of stress that could have been avoided had things been ordered as we requested several times, went over before ordering and was told that what was on the order was exactly as we asked for.

  We had Sims replace our kitchen cabinets and granite. Great looking products at a reasonable cost. On-time, professional installation. Highly recommended.

  We are trying to work with them now through Lowes to get granite countertops installed. Zach does not return phone calls. He will try once a day and if you do not answer then good luck. Terrible customer service so far.
