  Having an enormous leak with a 4-figure water bill can be stressful, but Simply Leak Detection takes the sting away. From booking the appointment to hearing the leak (they let me wear headphones and hear it myself - very cool), the kindness and knowledge of everyone at SLD made the process feel much easier. They found the leak VERY fast and have referrals if you need them. There were absolutely no attempts to sell me on referrals or extra services; they were upfront with estimates and charges. Thank you, SLD team! Now I'm gonna go dig a hole.

  Very fast response in a difficult time. They were able to move some appointments around to squeeze me in. Would recommend for all leak detection jobs.

  Kane was the technician today. We were expecting an underground problem and were surprised to see that we had some almost "silent leaks" in the home. Kane was thorough and helped explain the solutions we could pursue. I was extremely pleased with the service that Kane provided.

  I spoke with Mike on the phone to make arrangements for payment and schedule appointment. Lacking in customer service skills and rude. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.
