Lyubov was a very helpful and knowledgeable guide helping us select our carpet from their many options on display in their Aurora showroom. She met us later at our home to verify measurements and ensure our carpet selection met our requirements. She was able to schedule the install within our last-minute 3-week time frame. The installers arrived promptly and worked in a very efficient and professional matter, thoroughly cleaning up after they were finished. They did a beautiful job and the carpet looks great. We will be using Simply Floors again for replacing the carpets in our bedrooms. Highly recommended!!

Salesperson, Alycia, was outstanding; very helpful and very patient with our decision-making. She worked very hard to get us the right material that met our needs; probably one of the best sales experiences we've ever had. Some minor warranty work has been taken care of with great efficiency.
