He was also very polite and good natured, informative about our system and happy to answer out questions - our dog even liked him! Next time I have any maintenance on our system I'd love to have him come by again. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

The gas company had come out originally to relight my pilot light and instead red tagged my gas line because they had assumed that my furnace was venting into my chimney that “looks” sealed off with no ventilation coming out of the roof. I have lived in this house for 9 years and never noticed a ventilation issue, even with getting a new furnace within the last 5 years. However, Adriel, (Mayster’s technician) came out and did a thorough inspection walk through of all the possibilities and solutions and within less than 30 minutes, he was able to verify that the furnace was venting into the chimney but the chimney was in fact actually vented out of the roof with a chimney liner. So I get to call the gas company and tell them they were wrong in their original inspection due to lack of efficiency and had caused unneeded hardship for my son and I. I’m so extremely grateful for the help from the technician that was able to solve this mystery that had been ongoing for MONTHS. Your kindness and making me feel heard made such a difference. Thank you Maysters!

The installation was seamless: Yuri and Illia arrived on schedule, were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The installation was clean and everything worked. They connected the system up to my nest thermostat. Really awesome service end to end.
