  I needed a survey done for a property in Havelock, NC and James Simmons & Associates was one of the first names that came up. I spoke to several firms in the local area and everyone pointed me to James as the local expert that I should use. I know surveyors are extremely busy in this 2021 market but James was responsive and called me back within a reasonable amount of time. We discussed the property I needed surveyed, his schedule, and when he could complete it by. His price was fair and he hit the delivery date he promised. I was able to get the invoice AND the survey before the closing date so it could be accounted for in the manner I preferred. I would highly recommend James Simmons & Associates as your trusted surveyor in the Havelock and surrounding communities. He served me very well!
