  Carlene and her firm are excellent! She was very patient and guided me through every single step. Carlene is very professional but definitely put you at ease throughout the whole process. Communication was also excellent! She responded to every email and phone call almost immediately. I would highly recommend Carlene and her firm to everyone and have already recommended her to all my family and friends.

  Carlene Simmons did not help me at all with my case. I got the runaround until I finally cut ties when I realized she was sabotaging my case. Carlene ruined my credit score after I was told to stop paying creditors after retaking her although my case had not been filed. After dealing with her for 2 years my case was never filed and I requested the filing fee back and cut ties with this lady. I was told to spend $7k “on groceries or something” before she would file my case. I chose not to commit a crime.
