  Rustic yet elegant! The amenities are truly next level. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit give resort vibes. The pet spa and coffee bar are just the cherry on top!

  The review from Shannon M is misleading. She doesn’t say that it’s her husband who is the maintenance supervisor named Braden. I used to live here before the new management with my roommate. They always hung out at the hot tub.

  Living at Silverbrook Apartments has been such a good experience! The amenities are awesome, and the community has great walking spaces for pets, which my dog and I really appreciate. It’s also nice and quiet most of the time (except on landscaping day, lol) but seriously, it’s been great. Anytime something has come up in my unit, the maintenance team has been super quick to fix it, which makes life so much easier. The whole team here is friendly and welcoming, Tracy and Shawna (the managers) are absolute gems—they really goes above and beyond. Definitely recommend Silverbrook if you’re looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly place to live.

  Silverbrook had an outdoor movie 🍿 night last Friday. It was amazing!!! They had s’mores and movie popcorn. It was bring your blankets and chairs, come and enjoy your neighbors and a movie! The night was beautiful and the stars were bright. I had my family with me. It was like going back in time to the simple pleasures in life, a movie on the lawn with your family on a starry night. Thank you to the staff, Tracy and Shawna and others for the wonderful movie night! Y’all are the best! Continue with the great work y’all do! Sharon

  I scheduled a tour with Silverbrook several days in advance and received two confirmation emails (one from the scheduling software, one from the leasing agent) with the correct date, time, and calendar links. The tour was set for 10 a.m. I arrived early, but the leasing office doors were locked. A resident let me in, and the building was otherwise empty. I called several times, left multiple voicemails, sent an email, and even used the website chatbot to try and get in touch with somebody. After waiting for over an hour without any response and no sign of anyone, I left. Regardless that I had scheduled this meeting several days ahead of time the office hours posted on door for Saturday are 10am - 4pm. I left around 11:20am.
