  This plumber, owner Mark with supposedly 18 years experience, cost me $1500 in unnecessary expenses! I had a water spot on my ceiling beneath master bathroom. I called him to come have a look. That’s literally all he did..looked at the spot, did not touch it or get on a ladder, he went to the bathroom and looked at the shower and bathtub, NEVER turned on water and then proceeded to tell me that in his “18 years experience” he didn’t believe we had a pipe leak but instead he started declaring disaster saying we had a sealant leak and that we had water damage throughout our subfloor and said we needed to call in a Fire and Flood company. Within 30 minutes he had brought in another company and the 2 of them started rampaging and talking about insurance and complete bathroom gutting. I was left with my head spinning, fans and holes in my wall and being told they will be back in the morning to pull out my bathroom. I had the restoration company, “that the plumber called in” call in an abatement team to test my 2002 home for asbestos and lead and they broke floor planks and made additional holes in my ceiling and walls. Eventually it was discovered that my problem was a simple leak from the shower drain and that the water was contained to just beneath the drip. The restoration team are the people that decided to check in the ceiling just to make sure they didn’t see a leak that the plumber missed (obviously he missed it because he didn’t look) and thankfully they did that before ripping out my bathroom. Unfortunately not before leaving $300 a day unnecessary equipment in my home for 3 days and not before having the abatement team break my bathroom floor and punch a sample hole in my ceiling. Complete disaster caused by SILVERBACK PLUMBING!!

  Silverback Plumbing were a lifesaver and did an outstanding job. David was professional and found the leak in record time. He replaced the parts and answered all my questions. I will definitely use Silverback in the future.

  I would give 0 stars if possible TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY PROVIDE THE OPPOSITE OF QUICK AND TRANSPARENT WORK. The company’s response below is completely false I was never given a price quote because the company still didn’t know what the issue was. As you can see by this response this company does not take responsibility and you can see for yourself why you don't want to hire them!!

  The service provided was truly excellent and professional. Our simple bathtub faucet replacement turned into a complex job when they discovered the valve was difficult to access, requiring more tile removal than anticipated. Instead of pushing for a costly, immediate solution, the technician collaborated with us to find a practical, temporary fix: tapping the main lines until we can remodel the bathroom later. This willingness to work within our budget and long-term plans was highly appreciated. The final job was completed efficiently, and the clean-up was thorough. I highly recommend this company for their expertise and integrity.

  I had the best experience meeting Mark and his team. I was terrified to find out where my “leak” was coming from according to SAWS. Thankfully Mark and his team were able to find the solution and it was so much easier than I expected. He was thorough, respectful and above all very honest and upfront. He showed us the testing methods he used and even allowed us to listen to the excessive drainage and see for ourselves how the meters were reading. He was fair with his pricing and very accommodating. Hopefully I won’t need an emergency situation for a long time but for all my future plumbing needs I am definitely trusting Mark and his company!
